Rachel Feldman, LCSW-C is a clinical social worker licensed in Maryland and Florida, specializing in trauma recovery for adults. She earned her MSW from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, where she also received a certification in Trauma-Informed Practice.
She is completing intermediate-level training in Somatic Experiencing through the Somatic Experiencing Institute, and has training in psychoanalytic theory through the International Psychotherapy Institute in Washington, DC.
Rachel’s approach is collaborative and paced, integrating somatic, psychodynamic, and skills-based methods to support long-term healing.
Dr. Urvi Paralkar is a licensed psychologist in the state of Maryland, who provides individual and group therapy. She earned her doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in counseling psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Maryland’s counseling center.
Dr. Paralkar has experience working with adults, presenting with a wide range of personal and vocational concerns. Her interventions are evidence-based and culturally responsive. She uses an integrative therapy approach, borrowing from interpersonal, psychodynamic, dialectical-behavioral, and multicultural/feminist approaches.

Elizabeth Greisman, LMSW is a licensed master social worker practicing under the supervision of Elise Smithmyer, LCSW-C. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and earned her Master’s in Social Work from The Ohio State University.
Elizabeth brings a warm, strength-based, and person-centered approach to her work, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. She works with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, depression, attachment concerns, and personal growth goals.
With experience in both individual and group therapy settings—in the mental health technology space—Elizabeth is attuned to the unique challenges clients face in a modern, fast-paced world. She is passionate about a holistic, balanced approach that integrates mindfulness, emotional insight, and practical tools to support lasting well-being. Clients often leave sessions feeling empowered, grounded, and accomplished in their journey toward healing and growth.
Chavi Grayman, LCSW-C is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Maryland. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Gratz College and her master’s degree in social work from Louisiana State University. Prior to joining Psychcare, Chavi worked as a psychotherapist at other private practices, servicing diverse client populations. She has also worked in a variety of roles in an intensive outpatient program, an applied behavioral analysis agency, and a special education school setting. She has completed a Certificate in Advanced Trauma Treatment-Level I from The Ferentz Institute. She also completed advanced training in emotionally focused therapy, including an externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Core Skills Advanced Training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
Chavi works with couples and individual adults, using a combination of evidence-based approaches that have proven to lead to client success. She specializes in helping couples and individual adults navigate relationship issues, family difficulties, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. Her approach is rooted in an attachment-based and trauma-informed perspective. She utilizes modalities such as emotionally focused therapy, internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Isaac Morris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland. He currently works with adults. Isaac strives to work from a strength based perspective, collaborating with individuals and families to meet the goals of each client. Isaac earned his Masters of Social Work at Daemen College in Amherst, New York. He completed his internship at JSSA (Jewish Social Work Agency), and The Naomi Center. Isaac has also spent a number of summers working in programs with an emphasis on team building, leadership development, and self esteem.
Katie Berrios, LCSW-C is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Maryland. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. Prior to working in private practice, Katie provided therapy at a university counseling center and provided case management services to adults and families in hospital and nonprofit agency settings. Katie enjoys working collaboratively alongside clients to help them navigate through challenges such as anxiety, depression, family or relationship issues, grief, and life adjustment/transitions. She uses a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Interpersonal therapy, in order to meet each individual’s needs and help clients heal and grow.
Tiffany Land, LCPC is licensed by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Masters in Counseling Psychology from Towson University. In addition, Ms. Land is a Maryland Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. Prior to working in private practice, Ms. Land served as the Lead Clinician at the Correctional Mental Health Center located at Patuxent Institution. Such experience has provided Ms. Land with exposure to a variety of serious mental health diagnoses, including Schizophrenia, Depression, Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Anti-social Personality Disorder.
Ms. Land believes therapy is not a “one size fits all”. She utilizes various approaches in therapy to find the right fit for each client. Ms. Land is motivated to provide tools clients can use every day even after therapy has terminated.
Bill Clare, LCSW-C is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Maryland as well as a psychotherapist that has been helping individuals, couples, and families for over 27 years to cope, survive and eventually thrive. After receiving his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore, Bill began his professional career specializing in individual and family psychotherapy services to children and adolescents. He has since branched out to work with adults with attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, gender identity, LGBTQIA issues, trauma, and substance abuse issues.
Bill uses cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy to help clients seek their full potential. Bill has received training in mediation as well as is board certified to supervise students acquiring their LMSW and LGPC certifications.
Adina Raskin, LCSW-C is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Maryland. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Touro College and her master’s degree in social work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Adina previously worked in an outpatient mental health clinic, servicing diverse client populations. Adina is a compassionate and dedicated social worker with a strong belief in the power of a strength-based approach to empower clients on their journey to well-being.

Eric Millman is a licensed clinical professional counselor in Maryland. He earned his Masters in clinical counseling from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. He has extensive training and practice working with individuals struggling with addictions and other mental health issues. He provides psychotherapy in a way that is tailored to each individual, while integrating various theories and styles of practice.

Jennifer Jang, M.S.Ed., M.A., M.S., (she/her) is a Registered Psychology Associate and Counseling Psychology doctoral student at the University of Maryland. She earned three master’s degrees in Counseling and Counseling Psychology and completed fieldwork at a private practice, intensive outpatient, and university counseling center. Jen is passionate about working with diverse populations and has experience working with a variety of concerns related to trauma, self-esteem, identity exploration, immigrant family dynamics, interpersonal distress, depression, and anxiety.
In therapy, she uses a multicultural and strengths-based approach, integrating Psychodynamic-Interpersonal Therapy, Relational-Cultural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She also received training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy- Level 1. Jen aims to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and warm space for people to receive support, empathy, insight, and guidance. She is committed to uplifting clients by affirming their full humanity and identities and by honoring their strengths and stories. Jen works diligently and compassionately to provide therapy that is tailored to each client and their healing and growth.
Dr. Janae Cephas (she/her) is a licensed psychologist in the state of Maryland. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from Loyola University Maryland. Dr. Cephas has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including private practice, college counseling, outpatient hospital, and community mental health. She has experience conducting individual and group therapy, as well as assessments.
Her professional interests include working with individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing depression, anxiety, life stressors, trauma-related symptoms, family or relationship conflicts, and adjustment concerns. Her therapeutic style is integrative, informed primarily by cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, strength-based therapy, and interpersonal therapy. Dr. Cephas views therapy as a collaborative process and focuses on providing a safe, warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can be their authentic selves and work toward meeting their goals.
