Elizabeth Greisman, LMSW is a licensed master social worker practicing under the supervision of Elise Smithmyer, LCSW-C. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and earned her Master’s in Social Work from The Ohio State University.

Elizabeth brings a warm, strength-based, and person-centered approach to her work, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. She works with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, depression, attachment concerns, and personal growth goals.

With experience in both individual and group therapy settings—in the mental health technology space—Elizabeth is attuned to the unique challenges clients face in a modern, fast-paced world. She is passionate about a holistic, balanced approach that integrates mindfulness, emotional insight, and practical tools to
support lasting well-being. Clients often leave sessions feeling empowered, grounded, and accomplished in their journey toward healing and growth.

Talya Bedford, M.Psy. is a Registered Psychology Associate . Talya is currently a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology at The George Washington University, having previously received her Master’s in Clinical Psychology at The George Washington University. She has experience in an inpatient residential setting, a college counseling center, and a community mental health center. As a therapist, she has a primarily psychodynamic and integrative focus. She aims to create a containing environment for the patient to speak to experiences that bring them into therapy, and feel supported in making meaningful change. Talya values cultural competency and uses a trauma-informed approach.

Jessica Gerner, M.A. is a Registered Psychology Associate under the supervision of Dr. Elizabeth Disney. She earned a master’s degree in psychology from Louisiana State University. She is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at the Catholic University of America, where her research focuses on understanding and preventing suicide. Jessica has trained in a variety of clinical settings, including college counseling centers, inpatient psychiatric units, medical centers, and private practices. She has interest and experience in assessing and treating adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, situational stressors, medical issues, and severe mental illness. Jessica believes that therapy is a collaborative process. She uses an integrative approach that draws from mindfulness, strengths-based, insight-oriented, and emotion-focused therapies. She tailors treatment to meet the unique needs of the whole person, helping clients explore and better understand parts of the self — values, beliefs, and emotions— that shape experiences.

Jennifer Jang, M.S.Ed., M.A., M.S., (she/her) is a Registered Psychology Associate and Counseling Psychology doctoral student at the University of Maryland. She earned three master’s degrees in Counseling and Counseling Psychology and completed fieldwork at a private practice, intensive outpatient,
and university counseling center. Jen is passionate about working with diverse populations and has experience working with a variety of concerns related to trauma, self-esteem, identity exploration, immigrant family dynamics, interpersonal distress, depression, and anxiety. In therapy, she uses a multicultural and strengths-based approach, integrating Psychodynamic-Interpersonal Therapy, Relational-Cultural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She also received training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy- Level 1. Jen aims to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and warm space for people to receive support, empathy, insight, and guidance. She is committed to uplifting clients by affirming their full humanity and identities
and by honoring their strengths and stories. Jen works diligently and compassionately to provide therapy that is tailored to each client and their healing and growth.

Zainab Jackson is an extern and a fourth-year doctoral student in Counseling Psychology at Howard University and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland. She is also a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor. Zainab holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. She has nearly a decade of experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in school-based, community, and private practice settings. Zainab is dedicated to delivering culturally responsive care and has interests in mood disorders, trauma-informed interventions, identity development, and advancing mental health equity among underserved populations. Her clinical work draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic interventions, which she integrates based on each client’s unique needs and cultural context. Zainab is committed to bridging clinical practice, research, and community engagement to expand access to care and promote cultural humility in mental health services.

Idania Ramos, LCPC is a licensed clinical professional counselor. She earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Towson University. Idania has worked in both community mental health and private practice. She has many years of experience working with the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Latinx/e, Undocumented/Immigrant, and Spanish-speaking communities. She has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, college students, adults, and families. She works with those experiencing anxiety, depression, body image, discrimination, identity exploration, and family dynamics. She aims to create a space where clients can feel welcomed to be their authentic selves, explore and identify their challenges, and work toward their unique goals.
